Situated in the heart of Paris, on the left bank, next to the Pont Neuf this is a unique and versatile space. Currently a contemporary art gallery , but once the old banqueting hall for the restaurant Lapérouse, the space is domed with a beautiful glass skylight which provides copious amounts of natural light.

One enters through glass doors a first semi open entryway which opens into the main space. The white walls and marble floors make it a perfectly neutral yet stylish space, adaptable to any needs. There is also a mezzanine level on a beautiful wood balcony, with a desk and sofa area which can serve as an office or multipurpose area, conveniently separated from the main space without being entirely detached. To the right of the entrance is a small bathroom and kitchen area.

The space is perfectly located in the bustling neighbourhood of St Germain, close to La Samaritaine, La Monnaie de Paris Museum, surrounded by many galleries, shops, restaurants (Guy Savoy, Ze Kitchen, Lapérouse...).
