This 213 sq. ft. studio room is located at the front of Divine Flowers and Gifts, making access easy. This space can easily be marketed separately due to it being a separate space from our floor. It features huge windows, perfect for a display, and a walk-in closet for storage. The city of Huber Heights, Ohio, right outside of Dayton, is a growing city with many retail chains and restaurants. The shop must run during our regular store hours, 10am-6pm on Monday-Tuesday and 10am-8pm Wednesday-Saturday. Closed Sundays.
